In general, the answer is “No”. The only way a bad review will be removed from a major review site is if the review goes against the stated terms of service. If that is the case, we will work as an advocate to get the review removed. It may take up to 120 days to get it taken down.

What will you do to overcome my negative review?

How long will it take to get positive reviews?
